What Do Your Customers Want To Know?

Product creation can be a real pain in this dude’s ass (me). Especially when you outsource as little as I do. One of my goals for 09 was to outsource more of my work, but that hasn’t extended into product creation very much. Yet.

So I was pondering a new info product this morning. It’s been on my mind for a while, but I just haven’t pinpointed exactly what needs to be covered for this topic. I’m the expert, but that can be a huge hindrance to the process – you just know too much about the topic. What do you include, what do you cut out? More >
